Yes, a confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email.
What are the delivery times ?
Delivery times with Canada Post are between 3 and 15 working days, depending on the destination.
Are there delivery fees?
Yes, these are calculated automatically on the payment page, depending on destination package size.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Yes, an email will be sent to you to confirm shipment.
Returns
Is it possible to return a product?
Yes, you have 15 days after receiving the product to return it.
How can I return my product?
To return a product, contact our customer service by email and the latter will send you a return slip.
Are there return costs?
Yes, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Is it possible to get a refund for a return?
Yes, you will be refunded upon our receipt of your return and after careful inspection of the returned product. Any product that does not conform to the original condition cannot be refunded.
Warranty
What is the EYESPRESSO guarantee?
The EYESPRESSO warranty only covers manufacturing defects in the frames or lenses.
In the event of a manufacturing defect in the frame or the lenses upon receipt of the product, please contact our customer service by email specifying the defect. Please also add a photo of the defect as an attachment.
What is the procedure ?
After receiving your email indicating the manufacturing defect and verifying it, we will send you a new pair of glasses. The costs associated with shipping will be borne by us.
How long does the warranty last?
The EYESPRESSO warranty is valid for 1 month from the date of receipt of the order.
You therefore have a month to declare a defect and return your glasses for an exchange.
I broke my glasses, are they covered by the warranty?
No, the EYESPRESSO warranty does not cover the breakage or theft of your glasses.

How to choose my glasses ?
- Round face - equal proportions in length and width.
- Oval face - often described as ideal, the oval face has balanced proportions.
- Square face - the width of your face is equal to its length, with a rather broad jawline and forehead.
- Rectangular face - this face shape is long rather than wide, with high cheekbones.
- Hexagonal face - in the shape of a diamond or rhombus, this face shape has fine features and cheekbones generally wider than the forehead and jawline.
- Downward triangle face - With a rather wide forehead, this face shape tapers to the jawline.
- Upward triangle face - with a rather narrow forehead, this face shape widens at the cheeks and jawline.
