Delivery confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirming shipment.

Delivery times

Delivery is provided by Canada Post and delivery times are between 3 and 15 working days, depending on the destination.

Delivery costs are automatically calculated during checkout, depending on the destination.

In Quebec, if your order is over $x, you get free shipping.

Returns

It is possible to return your purchases within 15 days of receipt of the product. All you have to do is submit a request to customer service and a return slip will be sent to you. Shipping costs will be at your expense.

A refund will be made to you upon receipt of the return and after careful inspection of the returned goods.

Any product that does not conform to the original condition cannot be refunded.

Warranty

The EYESPRESSO warranty is valid for a month , from the date of receipt of the order.

In the event of a manufacturing defect in the frame or in the lenses upon receipt of the product, please contact our customer service by email specifying the defect in question. Please also add a picture as an attachment.

After verification of the manufacturing defect, we will send you a new pair as soon as possible. Shipping costs will be borne by us.
